  • What are your business hours?

    Our hotel can be reached 24 hours a day. Check-in is usually possible from 3pm. Please ask for earlier check-in times. If the office is not occupied, you can check in at the hotel yourself onwards. If you have any questions during your stay, you can call a service number. This number is displayed on the office door. 


  • How can I find the hotel ?

    The new apartment hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the house (high-rise - Unicenter). The gatekeeper opens the door to the elevator for you. You take the elevator to the 2nd floor. There you will find the Apartment Hotel Sleepy Cologne. 

    The doorman can be reached 24 hours a day.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    You can use the following payment options: 

    Credit card, EC card, Master Card, Bank transfer, Paypal and in exceptional cases cash (10 Euro additional fee)
